Returns

If your purchase does not suit you, you can return it to us at your expense in the original packaging including the original label attached to the item and accompanied by the receipt. We only accept items in new condition. Items must not be worn, washed or altered and all parts of the item must be intact. We do not refund items on sale. Items must be returned within 15 days of the shipping date. You will receive an email confirming the refund only when we have received the item in good condition. The item will be returned to you if it is not in good condition.

We will refund returned items to the method of payment originally made. The credit will appear in your account within 3-10 days of return confirmation. Refunds are only in Canadian currency. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return items by mail only.

Please follow the following instructions:

1. a) Complete the returns form attached to your receipt.

2. b) Carefully package the items with the original tissue paper to protect the merchandise and attach the completed refund form. If possible, please use the original box to ship the goods to us.

3. c) Attach the addressed label.
