1. PROPERTY

In no event shall WMR STYLE be liable for any loss or damage arising from its failure to protect your User ID, password or account information.

WMR STYLE expressly disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions or conduct of any third-party user of the “Website” and shall in no event be liable for any damages, losses, damages (including special, incidental or consequential damages) or costs arising in any way from

WMR STYLE does not wish to be linked to any third party site that (i) contains, displays or transmits any unlawful, comminatory, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, blasphemous or indecent information of any kind, any content constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise be a violation of any local, state, provincial, national or international law or regulation that is likely to prejudice activities, businesses, credibility or integrity of WMR STYLE or that contains, displays or transmits any material or information of any kind that encourages racism, sectarianism, hatred or any form of physical abuse against a group or a person, who may be harmful to minors, who seeks or advocates the harassment of another person, offers material of a sexual or violent nature in which minors are exploited, instructs on illegal activities, including, without limitation, the manufacture or purchase of illegal weapons; or (ii) contains, displays or transmits any information, software or other material that violates or infringes the rights of others, including material that infringes privacy or personality rights, or is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right.

WMR STYLE reserves the right to prohibit or refuse a hyperlink to the "Website", including, without limitation, a hyperlink that contains or offers content or information of the aforementioned nature at any time. You agree to remove any hyperlink you may have put to the "Website" upon request from WMR STYLE.

7. SOFTWARE LICENSING AND OWNERSHIP

All software embedded in the "Website" is owned by WMR STYLE or the recognized parties. You are hereby authorized to access and use the software embedded in the "Website", subject to (i) the terms and conditions of this Agreement and (ii) any other terms and conditions of access to and use of such software, which may be imposed.

If the "Website" offers the download of software, unless otherwise provided, you hereby receive, subject to (i) the terms of this Agreement and (ii) any other conditions that may apply to the downloading and use of (i) the installation and operation of a copy of the software in object code format on a non-networked computer for personal, non-commercial use, and (ii) the reproduction of the software to the extent reasonably necessary for its installation and operation, and to the creation of reasonable back-up copies as permitted by law.

Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, you are prohibited from: (i) using, copying, modifying, adapting, translating, downloading or transmitting the Software in whole or in part; (ii) to sell, lease, license, transfer or otherwise permit access to the software; (iii) modify, remove or cover any trademarks or proprietary notices included in the software; and / or (iv) decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract or reverse engineer the software or assist any person in doing so. Nothing in the "Website" shall be construed as conferring any right, title, interest or other license to any software embedded in the "Website" or that may be downloaded from the "Website" including any intellectual property rights in software. All software embedded in the "Website" is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to (i) the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the software ; (ii) the conformity of the software with certain specifications relating thereto; (iii) the absence of significant software defects; (iv) the absence of viruses or other computer contaminants in software; or (v) the ability of software to process or manipulate data relating to dates or time without interruption or abnormal termination.

8. ORDERS

You can buy online different types of products offered by WMR STYLE through our "Website". When ordering products on the "Website", you must provide complete and accurate personal information, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card number and shipping address, as well as any other information requested. The fact that you receive an electronic form or another order confirmation form does not mean that we have accepted your order or constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell. WMR STYLE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or reject your order. You acknowledge and agree that the prices of products and services may change without notice and that the products and services are subject to availability. If the goods and services are entered at an incorrect price, due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information, WMR STYLE, at its absolute discretion, is entitled at any time after the receipt of your order, to refuse your order.

You release WMR STYLE and its officers, directors, employees, agents and their respective successors and assigns from all damages you may suffer and agree not to assert any claims arising out of your purchase or use of the products or third party merchandise offered on the "Website" or on third party sites through the "Website".

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold WMR STYLE and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and their respective successors and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses or expenses of any nature, including, without limitation, legal fees and disbursements arising directly or indirectly from: (i) any breach by you of any term or condition of this Agreement; (ii) your visit, use or inability to visit or use the "Website" or any site to which the "Website" is or may be linked from time to time; (iii) your use of, or reliance upon, any publications, communications, distributions or downloads of any kind through the "Website"; and / or (iv) your violation of the laws or regulations.

10. REGISTRATION

In order to use certain features of the "Website", you may be asked to register. You agree to (i) provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about you that you are requested to provide in a registration form; and (ii) to maintain and update without delay the information you provide to keep it truthful, accurate, current and complete. If WMR STYLE has reasonable grounds to believe that this information is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, WMR STYLE has the right to suspend your access to and use of the "Website" (or any part of it or to terminate it). The use by WMR STYLE of any information regarding your personal identification that you provided to us as part of the registration process is governed by the terms and conditions of the privacy practices on the Web.

11. PASSWORDS

In order to use certain features of the "Website", you may also require a user name and password that will be communicated to you upon completion of the "Website" registration process. 14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

When you visit or use the "Website", you agree that all matters relating to your visiting or use of the "Website" and / or the content are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada without principles of conflict of laws. You agree and hereby acknowledge the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Canada and / or the courts of the Province of Quebec on these matters. You agree that the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods do not apply.

15. OVERVIEW

The consent or waiver by WMR STYLE of any express or implied breach by you of this Agreement shall not constitute a consent or waiver of any other or subsequent breach. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any right or obligation under this Agreement. If a condition or provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect without being invalidated in any way. This Agreement shall not create a partnership, joint venture or agent relationship between the parties. Except for agreements with WMR STYLE that expressly refer to this Agreement, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WMR STYLE regarding the subject matter hereof.

Rules of conduct

We want you to feel comfortable when posting a comment on WMR STYLE “Website”. WMR STYLE expects people to behave properly when their “Website” is visited.  WMR STYLE reserves the right to delete a comment and to prohibit users if necessary if it contains, displays or transmits any unlawful, comminatory, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, blasphemous or indecent information of any kind, any content constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise be a violation of any local, state, provincial, national or international law or regulation that is likely to prejudice activities, businesses, credibility or integrity of WMR STYLE or that contains, displays or transmits any material or information of any kind that encourages racism, sectarianism, hatred or any form of physical abuse against a group or a person, who may be harmful to minors, who seeks or advocates the harassment of another person, offers material of a sexual or violent nature in which minors are exploited, instructs on illegal activities, including, without limitation, the manufacture or purchase of illegal weapons, or transmits any information that violates or infringes the rights of others, or transmits any information that infringes privacy or personality rights, or is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right.

• impersonate any person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, including anyone from the “Website” or the Company, or misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity;

• circumvent, reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise alter or interfere (or attempt, encourage or support anyone else’s attempt to do any of the foregoing) with the «Website» or its services or any software on the «Website»;

• create any links from the “Website” (or include any links in your submissions to any Forum or any other part of a Site) directed to “Website” or content owned or maintained by third parties;

• upload, post, publish, distribute or otherwise transmit any information or material which constitutes or contains a virus, spyware, or other harmful component, or which contains any embedded links, advertising, chain letters or pyramid schemes of any kind; or

• use the «Website» or their services (or any Site Content), in whole or in part, for any purpose that is prohibited by any applicable law or regulation, or to facilitate the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
