CARE
You don't have to wash the full beanie, simply pull the satin out of the beanie, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, gently squeeze to remove excess water and lay flat to dry.froide avec un détergent doux, tordre légèrement et sécher à plat.

Delivery charges apply. Once the order is on its way, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number by email. Delivery time is 4 to 7 business days in Canada. WMR Style is not responsible for loss of goods after the WMR Style facility has been dispatched to your delivery address.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
If your purchase does not suit you, you can return it to us at your expense in the original package including the original label attached to the item and the receipt. We only accept items in new condition. Items must not be worn, washed or altered and all parts of the item must be intact.
We do not refund items on sale.
Items must be returned within 15 days of the shipping date. You will receive an email confirming the refund only when we have received the item in good condition. The item will be returned to you if it is not in good condition.
We will refund returned items to the method of payment originally made. The credit will appear on your account within 3 to 10 business days following confirmation of the return. Refunds are only in Canadian currency. Shipping costs are not refundable.

a) Complete the returns form attached to your receipt.
b) Carefully package the items with the original paper to protect the merchandise and attach the completed refund form. If possible, please use the original box to ship the product to us.
c) Attach the addressed label.
