We do not refund items on sale.

Items must be returned within 15 days of the shipping date. You will receive an email confirming the refund only when we have received the item in good condition. The item will be returned to you if it is not in good condition.

We will refund returned items to the method of payment originally made. The credit will appear on your account within 3 to 10 business days following confirmation of the return. Refunds are only in Canadian currency.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Return items by mail only.
