If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return at your expense in the original packaging including the original tag still attached and accompanied by the receipt. We only accept new items, not worned, not washed, not modified and all parts of the article must be intact. We do not refund items on sale.  Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment date.  You will receive an email confirming the refund only if the item is in good condition.  The item will be returned to you if it is not in good condition.

We will refund the items returned according to the payment method initially made.  The credit will appear on your account within 3 to 10 days of confirmation of return.  Refunds are only in Canadian currency.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return items by mail only.

Please follow these instructions:

1. Complete the return form attached to your receipt.
2. Carefully pack the items with the original white tissue paper to protect them and attach the completed refund form. If possible, use the original box to ship the items to us.
3. Attach the addressed label.

For our customers in Canada, we charge sales taxes on items ordered.  The delivery address determine sales tax rate.   A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added to orders, except for the following provinces where the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) applies: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (15%), Ontario (13%) and Prince Edward Island (14%).  Provincial sale tax is added to all orders in Quebec (9.975%) and British Columbia (7%).

Your billing address at the time of your purchase must be identical to the address of your credit card, otherwise we will be unable to process your order.  We only accept credit cards from Visa and Mastercard.  When purchasing, you authorize WMR Style to charge your credit card also for taxes.  If your card is refused by your card issuer, WMR Style will not be able to complete your order.  We suggest that you contact your card issuer directly to find out the reasons for the refusal.

WMR Style can accept or cancel an order at any time.

Once you have completed your purchase online a confirmation email will be sent to you. However, WMR Style is not obligated to accept your order.

WMR Style will communicate with you by e-mail its decision to refuse your order and you will have no obligation to pay it.
