By creating your account on our website you can speed up the purchase process, easily track the status of your order, create your wish list and share it with your friends. You can delete your account at any time by sending us an email at info@wmrstyle.com. Unfortunately, the data entered by guests is not saved. You will need to re-enter all your information each time you order.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change or cancel an order after confirming your purchase.

You can return the items as soon as you receive them.  Simply follow the return policy.

There is no shipping fee in Canada.  However, for our customers outside Canada, shipping fee will be based on your mailing address.

For Canada, between 5 to 7 working days. For the United States, 10 working days. For other countries, we suggest you follow your tracking number.

Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment date.

Return items by mail only.  Please follow these instructions:

1. Complete the return form attached to your receipt.
2. Carefully pack the items with the original white tissue paper to protect them and attach the completed refund form. If possible, use the original box to ship the items to us.
3. Attach the addressed label.
